摘要
The algorithm for design of complex vehicle electrical harnesses has been developed that allows reducing the design time and weight of electrical wires. The algorithm is designed for the automated design of electrical complexes of modern vehicles. The task of designing electrical harnesses is to combine the wires. The algorithm projects harnesses taking into account the limitations as to electromagnetic compatibility, current type, manufacturability, geometric features, places of wiring, etc. Design of vehicle electrical harnesses is based on the circuit diagram of power supply systems with places of the electrical equipment deployment and set limits. The decision procedure proposed the approximate method in which the initial problem is viewed as a multi-step decision-making process. Software implementation of this algorithm will reduce the design time by 5%, reduce the mass wiring by 3% in the design of the vehicle electrical harnesses.
