Photoinduced anisotropy of conductivity in chalcogenide amorphous films

摘要：
Reversible photoinduced optical anisotropy in amorphous As50Se50 films was shown to be accompanied by the reversible anisotropy of photoconductivity. The conclusion is made that the microanisotropic species presented in the amorphous chalcogenide film determine not only the light absorption process but also the process of transport of the non-equilibrium charge carriers.
