摘要：

Most city subway system has been under huge threaten by terrorist attacks due to its own characteristics, vulnerability and capabilities against risks. Currently, the subway system is been known as lack of specialized security organization, safety management system, relevant legislation and inadequate measurement. Thus, study subway Counter-terrorism standard should be based on its own characteristics.
