摘要
The paper proposes a methodology for developing a model of the grinding process based on the developed topological images of formation of radial force, removal of metal during a minute and quality of a surface layer metal, which allows the development of algorithms and programs for personal computers for any type of grinding. At present, the share of abrasive processing in the manufacture of machine parts is constantly increasing and can make up from 70 to 90% of all machining operations of workpieces. In this regard, the main task is to create the basics of machine parts quality management and ensure their reliability. To develop topological images, subsystems of grinding machines are reviewed with the identification of the main ones that affect the efficiency of the grinding process and the supporting ones. As a result of the work done, an algorithm and programs for the PC were developed for flat grinding of Steel 45. The obtained calculation results satisfactorily correlate with experimental studies.
