摘要
Tourism is a special service industry, and what tourists buy is a combination of a range of tourism products, rather than a single service, so the tourism enterprises jointly create a supply chain system. In order to improve the quality of tourism service, we need to coordinate the quality of various enterprises in the supply chain. Only when the overall quality of the enterprises of the entire supply chain, we can furthest satisfy the needs of tourists and make the customers get the most satisfaction. Because the two core members in the tour supply chain are scenic and travel agencies, the degree of coordination between the two core members is related to the maximize value of the entire supply chain. This paper will study the cooperation and the interest distribution between scenic spot and travel agency based on the Bayesian Game Theory.
