摘要
This research provides evidence that the positive or negative effect of bank-based financing on catch-up innovation is conditional on the joint moderating effects of distance to frontier and trade openness. These findings help explain the mechanism underlying the link between financial development and regional innovation. (c) 2021 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
