Optimization of the efficiency of a singly resonant optical parametric oscillator at pump powers many times above threshold

摘要：
A method is presented here to determine the dependence of both the threshold and the conversion efficiency of a singly resonant optical parametric oscillator on the focusing conditions of the pump and signal beams, phase mismatch and incident pump power. Strong pump depletion effect is included.
