摘要
Cross-system, multifunction and various types of resources, the features of Resource Integration Platform make its personalized service a special complexity. To address the issues such as cognitive overload due to rapid growth in the amount of information sharing, a new resource integration platform-oriented multilevel personalized service pattern has been proposed. Introducing ontology into user model building process can enhance its semantic information and realize the sharing and reuse of cross-system user model. Base on the user model, ontology-based customization approach will have deep semantic understanding over the user needs and provide customized content catering to them. Ontology-based personalized recommendation approach enables the platform extract the semantic descriptions of web services and match them with user preferences according to the user model and then find appropriate service recommend to the user. The recommendations include not only knowledge unit-level information but also includes functional modules, which can meet user needs better.
