摘要：

Based on the management data of our country's twelve commercial banks, this paper first used the two indexes of minimum square sum of error (SSE) and silhouette coefficient to determine the optimum cluster number, and then it did cluster analysis of each bank's performance by using K-means. The paper at last gave a solution on the determination of the optimum hierarchy number in commercial banks' performance appraisal, which has high referential value.
