Measurements of the thermoelectric power, S, of URu2Si2 Single crystals have been carried out along the a-axis and the c-axis of the tetragonal cell in a temperature range from 2K to 300K. S, as a function of temperature in our single crystals, was found to exhibit characteristic features due to a conduction electron band gap opening at the Neel temperature T-N of 17.5 K. This was much stronger than those of polycrystal samples reported in the literature. The anisotropy of S vs crystal orientation was found to be important.
