摘要
This article aims to expose the daily values of LGBT teachers and discuss strategies to face the discussion about the consolidation of a pedagogy of diversity in the school environment in the interior of Brazil. It is a theoretical and conceptual proposition in which referentials and documents intertwine in the argument to demonstrate how the school environment, in particular, the rural schools, are constituted in territories marked by the conflict and inequality of gender and sexual diversity among workers of the education, degrading working relationships between teachers and focusing on LGBTFOBIA. The results suggest that there is much to be done in this field in search of a more just and egalitarian society that suggests oppressions of gender within institutional spaces.
