摘要
Let your light shine: The atomically monodisperse Pt5 nanocluster has low cytotoxicity and a fluorescence quantum yield of 18 %. Furthermore, it can be used as a fluorescent probe for cellular imaging (see picture; gray sphere: Pt5 nanocluster; PAMAM (G4-OH): fourth-generation polyamidoamine dendrimer; scale bar 20-Îm). © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
