摘要：
During the past decade, the benefit of cancer therapy has been demonstrated in the elderly. The number of elderly receiving cancer therapy will increase. This will undoubtedly lead to an increased number of therapy-related complications, which may require ICU care. This article focuses on prognostic factors and outcome of critically ill elderly cancer patients, in light of these recent advances.
