摘要
The impacts of E-government to traditional government were analyzed from multidimensional perspectives, including the openness of government information, the socialization of public power, the smartness of governmental processes, the flat structure of government organization and the public evaluation on government performance, and all of which bring on the transformation of government organization, i.e., from traditional government to E-government. But the great inertia of government tradition and the vested interest would bring a giant cost to government reform, and hence, the corresponding policies must be researched and established duly.
