摘要
A disaster is a catastrophe that can be either natural or caused by mankind. Disasters often lead to permanent changes in human societies, ecosystems and the surrounding environment. With respect to post disaster, its very necessary to take quick in time decision to reduce number of fatalities. In this regard, real time data sensing and resource scheduling is important to prevent such a huge loss. Hence, in this paper we focus on Internet based real time data sensing in clustered environment for effective sensing and scheduling. Data are processed on Raspberry pi 3 which act as web server and we have used MTS400 CC sensor which is mounted on IRIS mote. For visualization we have implemented android application which is integrated with Google map.
