摘要：
Serine proteases via activating of proteinase-activated receptors (PARs) are contributed to carcinogenesis, tumour invasion and metastasis. Trypsin and matriptase are capable of activating PAR(2) and trypsin was found at high levels in several cancers, as well. The. possible functions of PAR2 in the biology of malignant skin tumours, however, is still unknown. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of PAR2 during differentiation in human squamocellular carcinomas (SCCs) of the skin by immunohistochemstry.
