摘要
Lithium thiophosphate electrolytes are a leading solid electrolyte candidate due to their high ductility, low grain boundary resistance and high conductivity. As a consequence of these excellent properties, they can easily form a low-resistance contact with the electrodes, even when cold-pressed, making battery fabrication more conducive than with oxide-based solid electrolytes. Typically, lithium thiophosphates are synthesized by mechanochemical milling. As a synthetic approach, ball milling is laborious. Herein, we report the accelerated, solution-based synthesis of lithium thiophosphates aided by microwave radiation.
