摘要
The experimental study of excitation of XeCl* and KrCl* excimer molecules generated in the Kr/Xe/Cl-2 mixture at total pressrue range 0. 1 divided by 1 bar by means of the surface barrier discharge (SBD) has been carried out. Spectral characteristics of gas-discharge plasma as well as voltage and current pulses of SBD and power of emitted light have been discussed.
