摘要：

By the end of 2006, most European Union (EU) Member States and countries represented in the i2010 Subgroup on eHealth had a documented policy on eHealth. Documented strategies for providing evidence for management of the implementation are still rare. Canadian, Australian and UK approaches were used to create the Finnish framework. It provides formative and summative evidence for the national eHealth system implementation. Experiences and lessons learned in implementing the eHealth systems and evaluation will be described in the presentation.
