摘要
A bio-treating de-nitrification process is developed for deep treatment of ammonia containing wastewater from petrochemical industry. When treating wastewater of ammonia 800-1100mg/L from catalyst producing, and the influent ammonia load is 0.5-0.8kgNH(3)-N/(m(3).d), the system runs smoothly and the effluent ammonia concentration less than 10mg/L. When treating wastewater of ammonia 200 similar to 260mg/L from coal gasification process, and the influent ammonia load is 0.11 kg/(m(3).d) and COD load is 0.22 similar to 0.25 kg/(m(3).d), the system runs stable and the effluent ammonia concentration less than 15mg/L. There are problems such as long hydraulic retention time and low impact resistant ability in traditional biological nitrogen removal process when deal with ammonia containing wastewater from petrochemical industry. The biological nitrogen removal process for deep treatment of the water is studied which includes the bacteria discovering from nature and enriching them, screening, separation, optimization culture strains, and applying the strain in the process. When using the strain and the process to treat wastewater of ammonia 800-1100mg/L from catalyst producing, and the influent ammonia load 0.547-0.810 kgNH(3)-N/(m(3).d), the system runs stable and the effluent ammonia concentration is less than 10mg/L. When treating wastewater of ammonia 200 similar to 260mg/L from coal gasification process, and the influent ammonia load 0.11 kg/(m(3).d) and COD load 0.22 similar to 0.25 kg/(m(3).d), the system runs stable and the effluent ammonia concentration is less than 15mg/L. The process is suitable for deep treatment of ammonia containing wastewater from catalyst producing, coal gasification, refinery, and acrylic fiber plant is deep treated. Ammonia-nitrogen is one of the most common contaminants that exist in wastewater in petroleum and petrochemical industries. Treating processes such as blow gas stripping, ion exchange, chemical oxidation, and adsorption may be used to remove the ammonia nitrogen, but biological treatment is the most popular method in the de-ammonia polishing process. Traditional biological nitrogen removal process contains two steps, aerobic nitrification and anaerobic de-nitrification. There are also some problems such as long hydraulic retention time and low impact resistant ability for traditional biological nitrogen removal process.. SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum & Petrochemicals has engaged research in water pollution control for many years. For biological nitrogen removal, the research includes the enrichment of bacteria, screening, separation, and optimization culture strains. A bio-treating de-ammonia process is developed for deep treatment of ammonia containing wastewater from petrochemical industry. In the studies, ammonia containing wastewater from catalyst producing, coal gasification, refinery, and acrylic fiber plant is deep treated.
