摘要：

EPA set numerous enforcement records in 2000, and the Agency shows no signs of backing off. EPA is paying special attention to water and wastewater infrastructure, total maximum daily load (TMDL) standards and smog-producing pollutants, while strongly supporting existing clear air, water quality and toxic waste cleanup programs.
