摘要
The market-size channel is the standard explanation for the technological-know] edge bias, which induces skill-biased wage inequality. In line with the dominant literature on scale effects, we remove the scale effects and we show that the skill-biased wage inequality is also caused by the technological-knowledge bias, which is, however, encouraged by (the structure of) government intervention through the price channel.
