摘要：
In 2007, the first two transcatheter aortic valve devices gained CE marking, and estimates correctly predicted approximately 1000 - 1500 transcatheter aortic valve implantations (TAVI) the following year [1]. The remarkable growth to more than 200,000 procedures per year was in recognition of device iterations, improvements in operator techniques and patient selection, and convincing clinical data from robust randomized clinical trials [2,3].
