摘要
A Pulse width modulation (PWM) inverters play an important role in the field of power electronics. In all PWM technique, space vector modulation is the best and common PWM method and it generates higher voltages with minimum total harmonic distortion. The RPWM technique is necessary to cancel noise at specified frequency. A random space vector pulse width modulation (RSVPWM) technique for ZVS three phase inverter is presented in this paper. More problems like switching losses, electromagnetic interfer-ence (EMI), high dv/dt and high di/dt stresses are occur in hard switching operation of semiconductor device. The proposed RSVPWM achieves the zero switching loss during turn-on and reduced switching loss and less dv/dt stress during turn-off of semiconductor devices. The Simulations are carried out using Mat Lab/SIMULINK.Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
