摘要
The S3 guideline for psycho-oncological diagnostics, counselling and treatment of adult cancer patients has been revised as part of the Oncology Guideline Program. The recommendations of the guideline are based on the best available evidence deduced from the results of systematic literature research or a systematic expert consensus. Systematic literature research was conducted for the chapters psychological comorbidity, diagnostic instruments and psycho-oncological interventions. An evidence-based recommendation now specifies the use of standardised screening instruments for the detection of psychological distress. New psycho-oncological interventions have been added to the guideline's chapter about psycho-oncological interventions, among them psycho-oncological E-Health interventions, psycho-oncological interventions for palliative care for individuals and groups, and the psycho-oncological crisis intervention. Compared to the first version of the guideline, recommendations concerning psycho-oncological interventions are now more differentiated and give advice with regard to specific endpoints thanks to improved evidence.
