摘要：
Online education has been changing our learning since it was brought into adult education, occupation education, education for studying abroad and IT skills education. However, in terms of K12 field as the primary education, online education has not made any breakthrough due to its inherent characteristics. Since 2013, varied hot investment has been poured into China's K12 online education market, huge sized and yet to be allocated, which has greater development potential. It can be expected that K12 online education will be breaking out in the next phase, and that K12 online education in China has ushered in its springtime. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of China's K12 online education, and put forwards countermeasures and prospect of future development.
