摘要：

The adaptation of freshmen is important for those students who major in tourism management or other majors. This article proposes that the students' cognitive schema fit between before and after entering college was a key index for their adaption for new college life. The development of the Cognitive Schema Fit Scale for Freshmen (CSFS-F) with four dimensions - environment, relationship, self, learning - was described. It showed the CSFS-F had a sound reliability and validity. Those high scores (poor fit) had a bad mental health condition.
