摘要
Amorpha fruticosa has good stress tolerance to many adverse environments such as drought, salinity and inappropriate temperatures, and is widely distributed in China. However, the microstructure of mycorrhiza in this plant inoculated by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and rhizobium under water stress was still poorly understood. In the present study, the mycorrhiza of amorpha fruticosa inoculated with AMF and rhizobia were observed and the internal micromorphology and development process of mycorrhiza were studied. The microstructure and developmental dynamics of AMF mycorrhiza of this plant with double inoculation were observed under water stress at different periods. The results showed that the double inoculated Amorpha fruticosa had typical arbuscular mycorrhizal structure, and the microstructure of its mycorrhizal structure was different tinder water treatments. Under the microscope, it could be observed that the mycorrhiza of double inoculated Amorpha fruticosa had intercellular and intracellular mycorrhiza, as well as arbuscular and vesicle structures and sporofruits formed by mycorrhiza, but the arbuscular structures and vesicles of mycorrhiza slowly dissolved. At the same time, AMF mycelia and vesicles were found on the root nodules. Under each water stress treatment, AMF invaded the roots of Amorpha fruticosa. Under mild stress, AMF invaded the roots of Amorpha fruticosa earlier than other water stress treatments. Mild stress increased the abundance of vesicle in the early growth stage of this species, while water saturation and severe stress increased the abundance of vesicle in the late growth stage of the plant.
