摘要：

Penile implants are a reliable and successful solution for patients presenting with an erectile dysfunction not responding to oral and intra-cavernous treatments. The type of implant will be chosen according to the patient's clinical situation. The use of this type of implant is nowadays associated with a high rate of satisfaction and a low rate of complications.
