Preparation and dispersion of Fe3O4 nanoparticles

摘要
Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. The influences of reactant content, pH value and dispersers on the size distribution and dispersion were studied by using TEM, XRD, BET, zeta potential and size analysis. The results show that the particles size and distribution range increases with increases of reactant content; pH value affect the dispersion of nanosized Fe3O4 particles through zeta potential; FeCl3 is a good disperser to Fe3O4 nanopowder.
