Magnetization reversal in Co x (PZT)100-x ferromagnet-ferroelectric nanogranulated composites

摘要
The process of magnetization reversal in Co (x) (PZT)(100 - x) composites is studied experimentally. At room temperature, the ferromagnetic state in as-prepared samples is found to arise only if the composite contains more than 60 at % of the metal phase. The concentration dependences of the coercive force and remanent magnetization derived from magnetic hysteresis loops are discussed in terms of the random anisotropy model.
