摘要
In this paper we study a model of HCV with saturation and delay, we stablish the local and global stability of system also we stablish the occurrence of a Hopf bifurcation. We will determine conditions for the permanence of model, and the length of delay to preserve stability. We present a sensitivity analysis for the basic reproductive number. (C) 2015 Elsevier Inc.
