摘要
Most transducers have nonlinearities shuch as hysteresis and creeps, which will do harm to accurate measurement. This paper introduces an novel non-linearity compensation method for load transducers or load cells. A mathematic model is established by analyzing the features of strain-gage based load cell under different loading and unloading sequences, a solution of compensation by software is put forward, and experiments are carried out to validate the methods, which result in effective reduction of the nonlinearity.
