摘要：

In order to determine the appropriate E-Business logistics model, according to the development and changes tend of the logistics model, analysis index system of the logistics and distribution. Based on AHP, get the conclusions that third party logistics model should be priority for developing the E-Business Finally, the articles evaluate the whole evaluation model and specify the application.
