摘要
The purpose of this paper is to identify problems of using available Web information systems for people with various types of disabilities and develop corresponding system design guidelines for developers. The types of problems are not related to the scale or type of Web information systems. World Wide Web Consortium is one of the leading organizations that manage project called Web Accessibility Initiative. This project provides draft support materials to help developers identify problems and design more accessible Web information systems. Paper focuses on determination of problem groups, existing guidelines analysis and development of possible solutions for particular groups of people with disabilities. By acquiring practical experiences, key result technical guidelines for Web information systems developers are revealed and discussed.
