摘要：

Re-investigation of the methylene chloride extract of the root of Ferula sinaica gave a sesquiterpene cournarin with a rare carbon skeleton and Yff-di-epi-samarcandin. The structure elucidation was determined by MS; H-1- and C-13- ID and 2D NMR spectral data.
