摘要
The objective of this article is the chemical characterization of particles collected on the filters of the airconditioning equipment. Forty four samples has been collected from seven different sites in Athens, Greece. They have been characterized by determining their total carbon content, the total organic carbon present and the dichloromethane soluble fraction and calculating the amount of inorganic carbon and elemental carbon. The results indicated that indoor- air quality is influenced by indoor activity, the use of electronics, smoking, and the renewal of the air.
