摘要：

A full-scale fire experiment was conducted for the assessment of fire safety of a wooden three-story apartment buildings in a city fire scenario. A city fire was simulated with n-heptane pools and propane porous burners. A full scale three-story apartment building with two apartment units on each floor was exposed to this flame. Measurements were made to evaluate fire spread from the city fire to the wooden three-story apartment building, fire spread within the wooden three-story apartment building and fire spread from the wooden three-story apartment building to adjacent buildings.
