摘要
The present paper aims to evaluate the potential of the semi-quantitative C-13-NMR spectroscopy regarding structural and compositional characterization of vegetable oils. A series of semi-quantitative C-13-NMR spectra of rapeseed and sunflower fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) has been analyzed and chemometrical equations leading to the fatty acids profile in terms of linolenic, linoleic, mono-unsaturated and saturated acids have been obtained. Depending on the reference signal, eight methods have been assessed. The results have been compared with data obtained through gas-chromatography, in order to establish the best C-13-NMR method.
