摘要
Opto-Electronic Information Industry (EH) belongs to the High-tech Industry based on Opto-Electronic Technology and has become a strategic industry in the world. This paper analyzes the OEII Industry Cluster of Optics Valley of China (Wuhan) (OVC), classifying the Industry Cluster's Evolution of OEII in three stages which are Industry Factor Convergence Stage, Industrial Chain Development Stage and Region Innovation Network Construction Stage, and researching on every stage's dominant factors. The results show that the dominant factors of the three stages in Industry Cluster's Evolution of OEII are Research Resources and Policy Support, Government and Market to build a complete Industrial Chain, Establishment of Region Innovation Network.
