摘要：

In all elements which contribute to the transformation of a company in learning organization or knowledge based organization, knowledge-based managers and leaders have a central position. Often called T managers, they are simultaneous the generators and the ones that implement changes. This article presents some of their methods to implement change in their organizations, using both management and leadership.
