摘要
The authors presented one case of acute poisoning with cocaine. There are presented the total chromatograms and the mass spectra for cocaine, benzoyl-ecgonine and cinnamoyl-cocaine in normal EI-MS, SIS and MS-MS mode. There are also presented the mass spectra and chemical structure of the mentioned compounds in NIST98 library. The sample preparation and the Ion Preparation conditions for SIS (the monitored ions and the cluster range) and MS-MS mode (parent ion, excitation type, excitation storage level, excitation time and excitation amplitude) are presented. The obtained data (chromatograms and mass spectra) show that the GC-MS method is very useful for certitude diagnosis and SIS and GC-MS/MS techniques significantly increase the signal-to-noise ratio.
