摘要
The author gives an historical outline of the way psychoanalysis and the psychoanalytic movement established themselves in Spain. In so doing, she covers all the major stages in the process from the initial reception of Freud's works and the influence of Angel Garma, Spain's first psychoanalyst, to the foundation of the Portuguese-Spanish Psychoanalytic Association and the Psychoanalytic Society of Madrid.
