摘要：

The proposal of China and the "Belt and Road Initiative" has made it possible for Chinese industries to move to countries along the route. Due to the industrial complementarity between China and the countries along the route, countries along the line have become hotspots for China's foreign direct investment. This paper from the perspective of the countermeasures of China's industrial transfer analyzes the impact of the "Belt and Road" construction on China's industrial transfer, and on this basis, through the use of big data technology to improve industrial transfer efficiency, deepen bilateral strategic cooperation, improve system construction and policy measures, and create a favorable geo-economic environment.
