摘要
This paper deals with the wear-resistance of low-alloyed Cr2Custeel under the treatment of inoculants containing rare earth elements. The test material was prepared with carbon steel plate (C,0.1-0.25wt %), chromium plate (Cr >= 99.99wt %) and copper plate (Cu >= 99.99wt %). Basic composition of the test sample was Cr (1.5 similar to 2.5 wt %), Cu (0.8 similar to 1.2 wt %), C(0.1-0.25 wt %)and iron for the rest. The test results show that under the treatment of inoculants, some branch grains become uniaxial and small. The test results show that the wear-resistance of low-alloyed steel with treatment is higher than that of steel without treatment.
