摘要
New extended pi-conjugated compounds with two 9,10-bis(phenylethynyl)anthracene units and various linkers were synthesized by one-shot double-elimination reactions and Sonogashira coupling. Their UV-vis and fluorescence spectra were measured to evaluate the effects of the linkers on the pi-conjugation. Their photophysical properties are discussed in terms of structures and molecular orbitals obtained by DFT calculations.
