摘要：

We devised the interference-included 2x2 matrix method by which optical properties included multiple interferences in a cell can be calculated at high speed. The high-precision measurements of parameters were achieved by using the method, and we succeeded in the improvement of the optical characteristic simulation accuracy by ten times compared with the conventional accuracy.
