摘要
Wigner paths in phase space associated with electronic quantum trasport in the Wigner-function formulation are presented and compared with Wigner trajectories: already used in the literature for the case of ballistic coherent trasport. Furthermore it is indicated how Wigner paths can be profitably used for the numerical study of quantum transport in mesoscopic systems in presence of phonon scattering.
