摘要
The effect of wavelength of exciting light upon the ability of photogenerating singlet oxygen (O-1(2)) and of kiling cancer cells of ZnPcSP were studied. The results show that the effect on the ability of photogenerating O-1(2) and the ability of killing cancer cells has the same tendency, i.e., the light of 670nm possesses the best exciting efficiency. The result also suggests that type II reaction of producing O-1(2) is probably the main photosensitive type in PDT of ZnPcSP.
