Applications of affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE) of proteins and peptides were reviewed. They were divided into seven groups based on the analytes, polypeptides vs. immunoglobulins, polypeptides, carbohydrates, nucleic acids, organic compounds, enantiomers, and metals.
